01 / DESIGN INTELLIGENCE

Good design is a series
of good decisions.

The most useful questions come before the final finish. Choose a subject to see what to consider—and what to ask us.

Start with how the space must work.
Let the visual direction follow.

LAYOUT REVIEW / ILLUSTRATIVE STUDY
STORAGEWORK / DININGSEATING
Clear zones. An easier route.

Furniture and storage move to the edges, leaving a connected route through the room.

Illustrative planning study. Actual layouts depend on site measurements and your brief.

START WITH THE WAY YOU LIVE

Make every square foot earn its place.

Who uses the space, what happens there, and what feels difficult today? These answers shape circulation, storage and furniture planning.

ASK US

“Can we review the layout around our daily routine before choosing finishes?”

  • Map the people and activities
  • List the storage you actually need
  • Review access, movement and furniture sizes

BEFORE WE TALK

A few things
you may wonder.

What should I bring to the first conversation?

Your project location, approximate area, how you want to use the space, preferred timeline and a working budget range. A floor plan, site photos and a few visual references are useful if you have them.

Can you help if I only have an idea?

Yes. Begin with your purpose and priorities. We can discuss what information is needed, which services fit the project and how to define the next stage.

How will I understand the cost and scope?

Ask for the proposed services, material specifications, quantities, inclusions, exclusions and approval stages to be explained. The quotation should be based on the actual project rather than a finish label alone.

Can I review the design before execution?

Drawings, material discussions and visual presentations can help you review the proposal. The exact visualization formats and deliverables are agreed in your project scope.
